Missing rarity field on minecraft:weight #976

Description

Describe the missing content:
The reference documentation for the nested table minecraft:weight is missing the rarity field. The current page only documents default, but rarity is also used in vanilla entity files and is not described anywhere on the page. This creates a gap in the reference documentation because creators can encounter the field in vanilla behavior/entity data without any official explanation of its purpose, or how it interacts with weighted selection.

Vanilla usage example:
rarity is used in vanilla Minecraft: Bedrock Edition entity files, including wolf and armadillo definitions, but it is currently undocumented in the minecraft:weight nested table reference. This suggests the field is supported in practice even though it is absent from the official documentation.

Additional context:
This appears to be a documentation gap rather than a request for a new feature. It would be helpful for the page to include:

the rarity field name
its accepted type or allowed values
how it behaves alongside default
a short vanilla-style example showing it in context
