Investigate and fix UI issue with USDC visibility on Polygon network

The UI does not show USDC on the Polygon network until the network is manually selected. This issue needs to be investigated and resolved to ensure that users can see their USDC balance without having to manually select the network.

So in 3110 it was a bit different, now it looks like it is not only about Polygon.

• if I  switch to several networks (doesn't matter which ones I think), the balances finally gets updated.
• not only Polygon tokens are missing.
• I can't pul down / refresh. Initial aggregated balance can have diff value on different installs (always fresh install) - one time it's $8, another time it's $16.

Bernardo Garces Chapero commented: Purely from the videos, what I can see:

• Initially the wallet has native EVM balances + some tokens (usually mainnet). It is missing non-evm balances (including native Solana) and tokens from other evm chains.
• As soon as the network is changed in the filter, it seems to start fetching the missing tokens, not just for that specific network, but for all of them.

So not Polygon-specific. Trying to reproduce.

Bernardo Garces Chapero commented: The refresh rate for balances in mobile was set to an abnormally high 180s, instead of 30s like the extension. This was leading to all sort of confusion, as users would not wait 3 minutes for balances to update.

We have also lost the ability to refresh balances when pulling down the screen (unsure when that was changed, but not by us).
