Describe the bug

On a fresh install, the aggregated balance does not display correct values. Selecting "View All Tokens" does not resolve the issue, and pull-down/refresh has no effect. However, selecting one or two popular networks, then switching back to "All Popular Networks" updates the balance to the correct numbers.

Expected behavior

Balances displayed correctly after install.
