[Bug]: Background screen shifts when editing a network within the network selection

Describe the bug

When opening the Edit Network dialog from within the Network Selection dialog, the underlying background screen is pushed or shifted.

Expected behavior

Opening the Edit Network dialog should keep the background network selection dialog fixed and stable

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Network Selection dialog.
2. Select a network and choose Edit (or open the edit option).
3. Observe the background network selection screen being pushed or shifted when the Edit Network dialog appears.
