Automatically update CRDs for managed states #1695
Description
in release.yaml GH workflow, consider updating the CRDs of relevant states, assuming the format of rendered .yaml files is the same in each repo. Otherwise, we might get bugs if there are discrepancies between the image version and the CRD version.
