License Clarification #1158
Description
There are two versions of the OpenIB.org BSD license in this repository, and it is not fully clear which one applies.
The license in the LICENSE file and many of the source files uses the modified OpenIB.org license with the MIT disclaimer (THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"...), as seen in the Linux kernel (Linux-OpenIB).
The COPYING file uses the original OpenIB.org BSD 2-Clause license, which has the BSD disclaimer (THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS...).
Is it safe to assume that the license text in the COPYING file is incorrect, and the one used elsewhere is the right one?
