Add a 128x128 png or a svg icon

A 128x128 icon or a svg icon is necessary for a flatpak build

@bbhtt MegaGlest is already available as a Flatpak. Is it still better to have a 128x128 icon for some purpose?

I found a SVG icon from somewhere 2 years ago and added it to the Flathub Flatpak. I don't remember from where I found it but if you don't have a 128px or an SVG in this repo, it makes sense to add it here.

Thank you. Unfortunately I don't think there are any graphic designers actively working on this project. As you could probably tell since you opened the issue almost two years ago. ;) Even a nice pull request like this hasn't been reviewed or merged yet.
