Extract visually present people + their role from Yle metadata

Tiina has actually coded this part which extracts the description of each part, and pass it to the Lingsoft NER API to extract the people names and roles (interpreting the Yle code).

Tiina will share this code that should be integrated in the converter to add this information in the knowledge graph
