Various dimlets being ignored in 1.20.1 #522

While playing on a modpack me and my friend made, I was messing around with RFTools and its custom dimensions in singleplayer. However, while using my setup (typical things like the Dimlet Workbench, Enscriber, and Dimension Builder) I noticed a few problems when actually entering these dimensions:
They ignored many relevant dimlets. In the screenshots you can see below, I tried to use sky dimlets like "infernal" and "thickredfog", structure dimlets like "none", and even tried using nether biome dimlets to see if they'd stop using things like grass and dirt. Despite this, it still used grass/dirt, piglins zombified as if they were in the overworld despite normal nether mob spawning, and (most importantly) the sky did not change one bit.
This feels like a pretty glaring issue, so the fact seemingly nobody has made any posts about it (both open or closed) leads me to believe it's something on my end of things, like an incompatible mod. I've done a lot of searching and also some experimentation (like mixing other sky dimlets in, structure dimlets, changing biome controllers/categories, adding/removing specific dimlets, changing time dimlets, moving the position of dimlets in the enscriber relative to each other, etc), but nothing seems to change. I was really hoping I could get some advice on this, since it's kind of frustrating when putting so much thought into a custom dimension just for it to simply... not generate as specified.
P.S: Things in older versions of RFTools that I'm used to seeing, like mob dimlets/weather dimlets and features like oregen, didn't show up in the dimlet workbench. I'm not sure if this is intentional, or if I'm just missing some relevant mod.
