feat: add Columbia MS in Financial Economics (Business School)
New program: columbia-msfe-econ - Columbia Business School, Program for Financial Studies - Acceptance rate ~5% (most selective Columbia finance program) - 2-year program, 10/16 courses PhD-level - Avg GPA 3.9, GRE Quant 170, class size ~25 - Avg salary $150K, employment rate 92% Prediction: P=17% for strong profile (Reach) — consistent with 5% real acceptance rate and program's PhD-level selectivity.
