Manim session could not be started. There was a problem running the manimgl command.

When initially clicking the Review Manim Cell button, the following error occurs:
Manim session could not be started. There was a problem running the manimgl command.
Clicking the button again successfully executes the command after the initial failure.
On Ubuntu 24.04, python 3.13.5 and the latest version of manim from git
