Bug Report: Structures Not Generating in PaperMC 1.20.6

Description:
Structures from the Better Structures project are not generating in PaperMC version 1.20.6.

Steps to Reproduce:

Install PaperMC version 1.20.6.
Add the Better Structures plugin to the server.
Import Structure Files
Start the server and generate a new world.
Observe that the custom structures do not appear.

Expected Behavior:
Custom structures from the Better Structures plugin should generate correctly in the world.

Observed Behavior:
No custom structures are generated in the world.

Environment:

PaperMC version: 1.20.6
Better Structures plugin version: [1.6.10]
Java version: [21]
Operating System: AntixOS

Additional Information:

No errors or relevant logs appear in the server console.

I also experience this in 1.21. Even after I reload the plugin nothing happens.
