Update SCATT to support version 3.0 Scratch Projects

Ways to test this feature:

By running a both a version 2 Scratch project and a version 3 Scratch project (both accomplishing the same goal in the same way, so their reports should be the same) through SCATT and verifying the results.

I have a far better understanding as to what needs to be done now. I also have more resources than before to work with. Knowing how SCATT works and what the version 2.0 Scratch files looked like is a HUGE HELP.

With what I know now, I believe I know where to get this update happening. One of the SCATT classes is just a toolbox, so I can add an extra “tool” to check what version the Scratch project you submitted is. The version 2 should already work fine and so produce the right output. From there I just need to make a copy of the classes that identify content for version 3 (to be used for version 3 analysis) and alter where that content is getting its information from.
