Cannot access Advanced sub menu of the Service Menu on Samsung TV #521
Description
I can get to the ServiceMenu without issues, but I cannot access the Advanced section, even if i proceed with the Step 2 of the Access Service Menu dialog
When I click on the Next > I still dont have access to Advanced.
Can someone please help?
