BUG: Menu Selection Differences (v10.3.0)

Noticed a difference between the drop down direct action menu from the app (EXPERT) and the section below when adding a custom step:
Under the Customization menu, Add Step section - Actions - Other : "Game Optimizer HDMI1 is listed 4 times.
Under the Expert... section - Other: "Game Optimizer HDMI1" on/off is listed once.

Questions:
What does that do?
Shouldn't there be listings for HDMI2 - HDMI4?
Is that how would one set Picture Mode to "Game Optimizer (User Mode)" - if not, how would one do that?
