[Bug]: Tacz freezes Minecraft on forge loading screen

• unable to reproduce without tacz

Description

The game is not loading properly with tacz installed. It freezes at a point before "Start scanning for gun packs" log. Instead, I get "Error in the zip file: Operation timed out". This happens on a modpack called The Pioneers, I haven't tested the mod separately, but without it the modpack works just fine. I tried reinstalling the modpack and then it works for one time and one time only, after I exit Minecraft, I am unable to turn it back on with this mod installed.

Step to reproduce

1. Install the pioneers modpack
2. Turn on Minecraft
3. Exit Minecraft
4. Turn it on again

The game just freezes and after a while I get "Error in zip file: Operation timed out" over and over again.

To make it work again I have to delete tacz folders
