Request adding EllipticBlending to OpenFOAM package index (OPI)

Hey @EGajetti I found your repo through the OpenFOAM journal. Would you be up for adding it to the OpenFOAM package index we want to start https://github.com/exasim-project/opi ? The aim is increase visibility and simplify installation of packages. Also, feel free to add any other of your packages to it, if you feel it is worth sharing!
