[Q] Progress with AX1800

I wanted to ask if you have progress on this repository, since I am very interested in putting a somewhat more updated version of Openwrt and especially without Xiaomi software involved.

I think you are considering a physical upgrade of RAM / ROM, but I don't know if it is possible to add more memory through USB or eMMC, because I suspect that the integrated IC can do this without problems.

Flash (ROM) and RAM they are different!
Yes, I can add extra memory AKA Flash (or ROM), but that doesn't help me, both open source and closed source WiFi drivers, they all need more RAM for the device to work properly.

Of course, you can also choose not to compile the wifi driver, then 256M RAM can also work.
