Block placing animation is missing update stack animation in survival #31

In Creative mode, while placing blocks it behaves as it should with the update stack animation. However, in survival mode, the update stack animation is completely missing while placing blocks and it just looks like you're punching, which I'm pretty sure isn't supposed to be vanilla behaviour.
I've made a comparison between the mod and vanilla 1.7.10
This was tested on an instance with only Animatium and Mod menu on 1.21.8
