Refactoring endpoints #4
Description
Some endpoints are not needed or need their IO spec updated. Collaborate w/ team to identify changes to be made and write a detailed design plan.
DO NOT make those changes yet. Instead, make new issues for them as deemed necessary. Collaborate w/ team on this as well.
