There's 2 bugs here one I'm unsure if it is an FPS related bug the other one definitely is

The first time where it fails on the Y prompt even when the prompt is hit correctly seems to happen regardless of FPS but you seem to have a higher chance to hit it the lower the FPS but I'm not 100% sure.
The second time only seems to happen at 120 FPS where the notes jump ahead and count as failed even if you hit them.
