Add twitter card / open graph for portfolio page

I noticed when I pasted the link to the new WomenOfDot.NET portfolio page, Twitter didn't seem to generate a picture / link.

Assuming it's already on your radar. If I have time in the coming days, I'll do a PR.

This is a great idea! It wasn't on my radar as I am quite out of touch with front end stuff tbh. If you have time to do the PR I would be delighted!
