Create new character: Ombaru #1166
Description
- Add Ombaru character and skills params in seeds
Ombaru's skills:
- Dash: Ombaru covers himself with a Sand Vortex (TP) and reappears in another sand vortex in the direction he pointed
- Ultimate: Ombaru Strikes the Ground with his staff, creating an area-of-effect damage in front of him that also applies a slow to the target (it could be a crack in the floor or a wave of sand)
- Basic: Ombaru casts a Sand Blast
