Update repository to version 0.0.3 of @lwce/store #2

The current store version is 0.0.1 in the @lwce/store github, and am wanting to utilize the 0.0.3 version in the samples. Samples npm install also provides the following output: notarget No matching version found for @lwce/store@^0.0.3. I believe it is the same for fetch.
