The use effect of Meteorite Crystal http://www.wowhead.com/item=46051 does not work the way it should.

EVERY cast within 20 seconds should gain one stack of Meteoric Inspiration http://www.wowhead.com/spell=65000 but it seems like every cast has only a very low chance to grant a stack.

That's very sad because it's imho one of the best in slot trinkets for holy Paladin
