- made inclusion of parallel STL dependent on macro by default it is not included, and therefore GCC will not require TBB as parallel runtime - merged in variant interface - renamed dataframe accessors according to paper

The parallel runtime in flat_map.hpp can be enabled through the macro WITH_PARALLEL_STL.
