Add problem description

Currently, the repo only contains solution's problems but are not descriptive. You can add a README.md file describing the problem or solution (if possible) in detail.

Sure @Ishaan28malik go ahead. Just add a README.md file like:

"Add two arrays" folder will have a new file README or Description.md file which will tell others what was the problem and how was it solved or what logic was implemented.
