v4l2-hero9-webcam.py Example with Hero8

Hello,

I can't get this example to work with Hero 8. Steps I follow:

1. ifconfig gives the name of the Ethernet over USB connection for the gopro as "enx3662cc6fcb4c"
2. Install dependencies including ffmpeg-python, linux-headers-* and v4l2loopback
3. run the modprobe command and run the aforementioned python script by "python v4l2-hero9-webcam.py enx3662cc6fcb4c" which then outputs:

Waking up...
Camera successfully connected!
Connected to 172.25.182.51

and a bunch of ffmpeg settings but no window/gui showing video.

4. ls /dev/video* confirms that /dev/video44 exists.

5. v4l2-ctl -d /dev/video44 --info outputs:

5. Gopro screen says WEBCAM on top.
6. No program (tried VLC, Cheese, Zoom, Firefox) can find the video stream. VLC logs say:

among other things. Is there something I am doing wrong or is Hero8 not compatible with this script?
