Kong OSS release for 3.10.0

Based on the Kong release notes, version 3.10.0 was made available on March 27, 2025, when the Linux installer for Kong OSS version 3.10.0 will be released? Furthermore, for versions prior to 3.10.0, are there any that currently provide support for OpenEsty version 1.27?

Are there any updates from the development team? The License for the Kong Free version is a bit ambiguous

As of now, the Linux installer for Kong OSS version 3.10.0 has not been officially released, despite the version being listed in the changelog. It is still marked as "Unreleased" on Kong's GitHub. Additionally, no versions prior to 3.10.0 officially support OpenResty 1.27. For updates, refer to Kong’s GitHub and installation page.
