I have some Innr bulbs (AE 270 T) being controller by Inovelli 2-1 switches (VZM31-SN) with bindings. Most of the time when I turn the bulbs off/on with the switch, they update instantly in Z2MQTT. Every once and a while though, they never update, so the bulb will be turned off but Z2MQTT says its on (or vice versa).
This hasn't been a problem until I set up the "Adaptive Lighting" integration via Home Assistant. Since it sees the bulbs as "on", it tries to send the updated temperature/brightness information, which then actually turns the bulbs back on. Countless times I've turned my lights off, got in bed, then a minute or two later they just suddenly turn back on.
I can pretty consistently reproduce this by just hitting the switch a couple of times and watching the status in Z2MQTT. I know the AL integration isn't the root cause since I can reproduce it with that disabled
I've confirmed that the reporting got properly added when the binds were set up, i've updated the firmware on all the bulbs and switches, and i've removed and re-connected all the bulbs and switches from the network.
It's not a specific switch or specific set of bulbs, I have a few separate binding setups (bedroom switch controlling bedroom light group, hallway switch controlling hallway light group, etc) but they all do the same thing
I've gone back and watched tutorials for configuring the bindings in case I'm doing something wrong. I even noticed in the official Inovelli binding tutorial for Z2MQTT, they say to put the switch itself in the group its controlling (which seems odd) but that didn't help.
