Time Sync issue with Radiator thermostat valve (_TZE200_mudxchsu)

@Koenkk the time on my TRV does not get synchronized.
Most noticeable when DST is changing, but also months after joining due to clock drift.

Found this: #10489

How do i confirm/verify I do run de version with the fix?
