Basic scenes management using frontend

Hello,
I just moved out from Deconz/Phoscon to Zigbee2MQTT, everything looks working fine, but there are 2 functions I can't manage, I could not find explanations within documentation.

Using a momentary push switch, I'd like to control a lamp (toggle), this was done using DeconZ as it is more reliable than Domoticz, How can I proceed using zigbee2mqtt frontend?
Same question using an Ikea Tradfri remote control for brightness/hue control .
