🧹 Clean up repository structure

- Remove unnecessary documentation files (PUBLISH.md, SITE_REVIEW.md, FAQ.md, TEST_REPORT.md, SELF_TESTS.md)
- Remove test files and backup files
- Remove unused scripts (publish.sh)
- Remove empty assets directory
- Remove RELEASE_LEDGER.json (not needed)
- Remove docs/README.md (redundant)
- Update .gitignore with better patterns
- Keep only essential files: tool.py, README.md, LICENSE.txt, CHANGELOG.md, standard GitHub files (CONTRIBUTING.md, SECURITY.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md), examples/, and docs/ for website
