Remove backend dependencies

Remove backend dependencies for transition

1. Remove Fee Stats from send confirmation screen and its api implementation
2. Fetch exchanges rates from mobile app directly and remove relay api call.
3. Remove Advisors api and make advisor details static
4. Remove hardware links api and make hardware details static.
