Finalize 2.0.1 release

Goal: Fix remaining dctool(PC) issues without making changes to dcload side and then create a final 1.0.6 release. This will allow people to use the same dcload-ip dreamcast disc they've been using for years.

Bugs:

• EXTREMELY slow printf()/stdout performance
• Fairly slow FILE performance
• ISO redirection? Check if it works.
  Update: dcload changes required. Next release.
• chroot? Maybe replace with chdir instead?
  Update: Staying as is.
