Description
SHX should lose its Japanese Advisors spirit if it enters a war against Japan. Alternatively, SHX could be made to pay for continuing to receive Japanese support while at war.
Reasoning
It doesn't make sense for Japan to continue helping a state it is at war with, unless there is some benefit.
