OpenSSL 3.0.x

There is build for OpenSSL 3.1.x version in ssl_3 folder.
Is possible to make build for OpenSSL 3.0.x version too ?

Why do you need OpenSSL 3.0.x? Are there any Qt versions that requires 3.0 and they won't work with 3.1?

I think that's a good idea because 3.0 is LTS

With regards to current and future releases the OpenSSL project has adopted the following policy:
* Version 3.2 will be supported until 2025-11-23
* Version 3.1 will be supported until 2025-03-14
* Version 3.0 will be supported until 2026-09-07 (LTS).
