Hair color inheritance from polypaint.

Hi , sorry if this issue have been treated here , I couldn t find any related topic on this matter : When importing , the hair particle system used to inherit the polypaint info automatically , it was handy but it is not the case anymore . I now import my work in a previous version of blender , save it ( with zero operation on the scene ) , and re open it in the latest version of Blender to work.. (!) . Is there to your knowledge a way to fix this issue ? Thanks.

@jbvendamme Are you using the particle hair emitters? I see that in blender 3.5 the node based hair was introduced which most likely brought some changes.
