Needs:

• integrate so that its on the project lead to set onchain id and register address
• project lead can only claim once the judges/curators approve the funding can be released
• contract needs tracks and each time we start a hackathon we send the money to an escrow

Userflow:

Winners add address / multisig for payment -> Milestone reviewer -> Claim milestone 1 payout -> Submit Milestone 2 -> When approved, milestone 2 funds are disbursed

When user submits the second milestone, admin gets notified to check.

States:

• Milestone 1 completed
• Milestone 2 in development
• Milestone 2 approved
• Project payout
• Expired or funded

Info collected by teams:

• static: address, project name, submission links for milestone 1, expiry date / enforce deadline
• changing: milestone 2 plan, completed, changes to the milestone

Web3 components

• Admin must sign with multisig to approve payout
• Team address must have on-chain ID
• Lock funds in a contract (TBD)
