In addition, it is not only clearing logs but that is stuck completely. It's not printing logs

Can you reboot device and then try this bug and save the log again?

I just reboot and after I got some logs, it stuck again instantly. I can not clear logs and neither recieving new logs. Same.

Please turn on the verbose log settings so that we know more details.
By the way, try disable module com.wmods.wppenhacer, which might crash too many times for the logd to record something useful.

Let us first try reset your logd settings:

adb shell su -c "resetprop -p --delete persist.logd.size"
adb shell su -c "resetprop -p --delete persist.logd.size.main"
adb shell su -c "resetprop -p --delete persist.logd.size.crash"

These commands are executed via adb. In case that you don't have access to adb, it is possible to run them in a terminal app, for example, sudo resetprop -p --delete persist.logd.size.

No reponse from @RevealedSoulEven for a long time, closing this issue.

@JingMatrix first of all, sorry for being unresponsive.

I ran these three commands in the terminal with success result. And the logs are still like that. I rebooted the device, ran the commands again, no difference.
