On restart, desktop names get jumbled

On restart, the desktop names get completely mixed up. Some names are repeated, some names are deleted, the order changes. It behaves unpredictably.

I don't know if it happens on restart, but for me as well: some of the names (never all of them) get mixed up or lost (to "N/A").
-frequency: ~once every week or so (might match with restart)
-using "Named Spaces"
-Tahoe 26.3 (25D125), macbook pro, apple m4 pro
