[Feature request | inicomp] Adding a support for pre-compare actions for FILE1 and or FILE2

• Merge Sections (e.g. [Feature request | inicomp] Add support for multiple homonym sections #37)
• Sort entries within each Section
• Sort Sections
• Remove duplicated lines
• Remove empty lines
• Remove empty sections
• Remove lines with key without a value (key= )
• Replace assignment operator from = to : or from : to =
• Save the result after applying all pre-compare actions to a file

This could become another module / tool by its own.
