Add a limit to cookie corner spendings

It would be an interesting and for some a nice feature to set a given limit to transactions on their Inter-Actief account. Inspiration for this feature could be taken for example from Abacus, where people get notified by a mail, or completely blocked out of their system, based on their own preferences.

Alright, looking into this I created this form:

The problem I'm currently facing is I don't know what the intended behavior should be. Warning via email shouldn't be too hard, since that is just checking the users' monthly spendings last month, and comparing it with their budget, then sending an email when needed. Blocking on the other hand is a bit different: should we allow the last transaction in budget, and block after, or block when trying to make the transaction that would cause someone to go over budget?

Also, should a monthly budget be a sliding window, or reset on the first day of the month (i.e. 'last 30 days' or 'starting the 1st of the month)? Let me know what everyone thinks.
