Hello,

Visual Studio, for some odd reason, converts the public constructor to internal, only for the resource designer files, when VS detects it being modified. Open DockManagerStrings.Designer in codebehind and change internal DockManagerStrings() to public. If you cloned the browser you should see these changes. For now I will look into a way to stop this from happening.
