Release version 0.17.3 - 0.18

I've noticed in master there's a lot of useful commits and bugfixes (ie. django 3.0 support).
The latest release, 0.17.2, is pretty old and does not include the latest works.

Is it possibile to release a new version (0.17.3 or 0.18) to have full support of the fixes through the package management?

Please consider also to have pysaml2>=5.0.0 in setup.py
It fixes a very important security issue

python2 is going to be dropped, mind also this

I fixed all the tests as part of #167. Seems some fixes got in as part of #175 already though.

0.18 and 0.18.1 has now been released
