Granular Permissions: Each user/role can have specific permissions - maybe some users can only view certain apps, while others can modify settings or remove applications entirely

Single Sign-On (SSO): Integration with authentication systems like Authentik would mean users log in once and gain access to all their permitted apps without needing separate passwords for each service
