[Demo site] Fix /docs generated documentation

Description

The documentation link in the README is to the no-longer running netlify demo site. timeliner.dlib.indiana.edu is a demo site that we maintain but /docs fails to render anything. In the browser console I'm seeing a react error: https://react.dev/errors/130. This error is also present when trying to view the docs locally.

/docs is part of the code itself; dynamically built. Should probably wait until we hear about updating the build process.

Summary of work done in the attached PRs:

• Fixed the React error 130 that prevented the /docs site from rendering, which was caused by an undefined variable ($b) in the Table.jsx component
• Patched broken docz dependencies (ws@7 and js-yaml@4 errors) via a postinstall script and added a doczrc.js configuration file
• Rewrote component demos that uses complex JSX with state/hooks (e.g. AudioImporter, BubbleDisplay, TimelineScrubber, ... etc) into .demo.jsx files, since docz's <Playground> block couldn't parse them correctly; and introduced a DemoWrapper component for consistent demo layouts for these demos without the <Playground> blocks
• Fixed broken sample media links in demos (e.g. Audio, VariationsMainView, ... etc)
• Added the missing date-fns dependency needed for the ReactSound demo
• Updated the index.mdx in the docs site and README with newly added yarn commands for development and deployment
• Updated documentation and demo site links in the README file
• Updated the GitHub corner link in the docs to point to the IUBLibTech fork instead of the original upstream repo, and disabled "Edit Page" links on all docs pages
• Added navigation between the main app and docs,
  • a "View Documentation" link in the app footer
  • a "← Back to Homepage" banner on every docs page via DocsWrapper component enabled in the doczrc.js config
    conditionally rendered via a VITE_DOCS environment variable wired through both the Vite and docz/webpack builds
• Added build:all and preview scripts to package.json and updated the podman-image.yml build command to build both the main app and docs site together
• Resolved multiple pnpm build failures in the CI/CD pipeline:
  • added docz as a direct dev dependency (since pnpm's strict isolation couldn't find the transitive binary)
  • added an .npmrc file to hoist @babel/* and @mdx-js/* packages that docz build expects at the project root
• Removed the obsolete netlify.toml file since the app is no longer deployed via Netlify

This all works! I was able to get the docs site up and built without errors and see it on the timeliner-staging site.
