AQJMS Message for additional data types #37
Description
Currently we post messages to the queues for Time Series and Locations
We should create messages on the creation of:
- Forecast Instances
- Forecast Specs?
- Ratings
- Location Levels
- Gates?
- Basins?
- Anything I'm missing?
Additional Context
Considering that we're likely to move the queues out of Oracle long term, should we only do this in CDA instead of the database?
For the moment still using AQJMS, just not having the database itself do the work.
