No goodbye message when Discord bot is offline

There is no messages or notifications to Discord channel when the bot is shutdown (both intentional and unintentional). it should be added so that I don't have to check the socket 24/24.

SocketClosed and SocketErrored events are used when the bot is turned offline, but the function subscribed to the events did not work. Seems like it's because the bot getting offline terminates the code process, including the events.
