Prevent needing sudo.

This would be even more usefull if you can use it within a server within which you do not have sudo privileges. So try to remove the need for sudo, starting by tor.

You can do this by building the package from source. Create separate bpkg packages/repositories that build a single package, e.g. tor, or nettools from source, without requiring sudo.

After all packages can be build without sudo, start removing the sudo usage from the other commands.
